• Verified Accounts Only

Failure to provide required documentation within the stipulated time may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.
• Own Funds Only

Where such deposits are detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours in most cases, subject to verification status. bth88 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

bth88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus T&C and this general section, the specific bonus T&C shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements
  Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering is counted across eligible game categories as specified in each offer. Games may be weighted differently for the purposes of rollover completion.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Player
  The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. It is limited to one per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — through duplicate accounts or any other means — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account termination and bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus Expiry
  Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and free spins expire 7 days after being credited to an account. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to check bonus expiry dates and use bonus credits within the applicable validity period.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud & Chargebacks
  Submitting fraudulent payment transactions, initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals, and using stolen or unauthorized payment credentials are all prohibited. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, bth88 will freeze the account immediately, reverse any associated transactions, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion & Match Fixing
  Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, and engaging in or facilitating match-fixing activities, are both strictly prohibited. bth88 employs monitoring tools to detect collusive or irregular betting patterns and will act on any suspicious activity without notice.
• Automated Betting Systems
  The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that places bets or interacts with the Platform on your behalf without real-time human input is prohibited. bth88 reserves the right to void bets placed by automated systems and to terminate accounts found using such tools.

6. Responsible Gaming

bth88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If it stops being fun — or if it begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or daily life — we encourage you to use the tools available on our platform or to seek professional support. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Minors are prohibited from registering an account or placing wagers under any circumstances.

Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. bth88 reserves the right to close accounts and return balances at its discretion where it determines that a player may be experiencing problem gambling.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bth88 and its directors, officers, employees , agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. bth88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bth88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, bth88's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Amendments to These Terms

bth88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. Where changes are material, bth88 will provide reasonable notice — either by email to the registered address on your account or by a prominent notice published on the Platform — at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Where changes are required by law or regulatory obligation, they may take effect immediately. If you continue to use the Platform after any amendment comes into force, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account by contacting support before the effective date of the changes.
